How we started

Formerly known as Cheshire Contracting, a second generation construction and development firm. The company was originally founded in 1984 as Piccirillo Builders Inc. under the direction of William "Billy" Piccirillo. The company's primary focus was single/multi family renovations and residential development. Piccirillo Builders Inc. was an industry leader providing quality service and new construction homes throughout New Haven and Fairfield Counties. Today, operating as The Legacy Group, Jason and CJ are carrying on Billy's legacy. The Legacy Group is dedicated to maintaining the level of quality and attention to detail that Piccirillo Builders Inc. built its name on.
